JellyBean Blue, LLC d/b/a CPICJobs.com (”CPIC”) maintains this site (the “Site”) for your personal use to build a profile as active, passive or networking. We have provided these options to help you network. If you are currently looking for employment, thinking of looking or just want some great contacts when you decide to look this is great place to start. As a registered user you can view and apply to positions as well as view employer profiles.
Please feel free to browse the Site. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions (”Terms and Conditions”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and CPICJobs.com are superseded and of no force or effect.

Subject to more specific terms on the Site, you may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials (certain areas may require paid license fee prior to downloading any material). CPIC does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials. Limitation of Liability and Indemnifications

CPIC also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the site.
While CPIC uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the site, CPIC makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. CPIC its affiliates, parent companies or employees assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the site.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CPIC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys” fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or your use and access of the Site.
CPIC reserves the right to release current or past member or Web site user information if CPIC believes that a member’’s account is being used to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if CPIC deems it necessary and/or appropriate.
Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any third party found on or through the Site, regarding the payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. You agree that CPIC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or other matters of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.
Payments
CPIC accepts credit cards as forms of payment where applicable. If a credit card is being used for a purchase, CPIC obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the purchase. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase. CPIC accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States. Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your purchase. If a purchase has been declined online due to credit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your purchase and should use another credit card.
All prices for memberships or other services within the Site are subject to change by CPIC at any time.
Cancellation
All subscriptions will automatically renew to preserve continuity. If you would like to cancel your subscription and not be charged for renewal (if applicable), you must cancel before your renewal date, or your subscription will be renewed for the same term you initially selected at our current offering price. Refunds
Except in cases where the membership began with a free trial period, CPIC will refund your membership fee in full if you cancel within 3 days of payment. If your membership began with a trial period, that trial period takes the place of the 3 day cancellation period, and once the paid subscription begins, no refund will be provided. All subscriptions not cancelled within this 3 day period may be canceled by you at any time but no refund will be made for unused subscription periods.
Renewal
All subscriptions will renew automatically, unless we terminate it or you let us know you want to cancel. To stop auto-renewing, just cancel at any time. To cancel, send an email to the following address: admin[at]CPICJobs.com
Submissions
All information submitted to CPIC via this Web site shall be deemed and remain the property of HCM and HCM shall be free to use, for any purpose, any idea, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this Web site provides CPIC through this Web site. CPIC shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as agreed by the CPIC entity having the direct client relationship or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting or reducing CPIC responsibilities and obligations to clients in accordance with the CPIC Privacy Policy.
Availability
This Web site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.
Limitations on Use
Only one individual may access CPICJobs.com at the same time using the same email or password, unless we agree otherwise. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.
Your use of the site mandates that you may not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. CPIC reserves the right to bar any such activity.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site or to any CPIC server, or to any of the services offered on or through the Site, by hacking, password “mining” or any other illegitimate means.
You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Site or any network connected to the Site. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the Site, or any other customer of CPIC, or exploit the Site or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Site, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided for by the Site.
You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or with any other person’’s use of the Site. You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to CPIC on or through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site.
You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of CPIC or others.
CPICJobs.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately revoke your account and /or assess a $10,000.00 daily penalty fee for scraping jobs, copying copyrighted text, or otherwise misusing or misappropriating site content, including but not limited to, the prohibitions described herein, use on a “mirrored”, competitive, or third party site, etc. The use of automated programming on CPICJobs.com, including but not limited to the use of a script to apply to jobs or to communicate with recruiters (e.g. the sending of bios through CPICJobs.com recruiter database), is contrary to the nature of our services and not permitted.
Valid Email Address
You must supply and maintain a valid and verified email address in order to use this service. Invalid email addresses and those that have not been verified through the verification email sent upon sign-up will be deleted from our system and you will be denied access to this Web site.
Additional Terms
Certain sections or pages on this Web site may contain separate terms and conditions, which are in addition to these terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms and conditions will govern for those sections or pages.
Governing Law
Use of this Web site shall be governed by all applicable Federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the District of Columbia.

Employers and their representatives who submit content to CPICJobs.com or any of its affiliated companies and sites, agree to grant CPIC and its affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. Employers and their representatives also grant to CPIC and its affiliates the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, communicate to the public and display the name and trademark of their organization and status as a contributor of content to the CPIC. Employers and their representatives warrant and represent that they have the authority to enter into this license agreement and that they are the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content and trademarks, and that they have completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to CPIC the license stated above. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such content and trademarks submitted to CPICJobs.com retains any and all rights that may exist in such content and trademarks.
